A02-Ⅱ:Large area X-ray detector with high energy resolutionKID(Kinetic Inductance Detector)
We develop a new detector consisting of the SOI pixel detector combined with the microwave kinetic inductance detector to achieve high energy resolution better than that of the semiconductor detectors.
