A01-Ⅱ:Development of SOI quantum image sensor with wide-range plasmon filter
The purpose of this research is the development of a specific image sensor which has high-selectivity of the wavelength from ultraviolet to infrared region. The extremely high chromatic purity would be realized by the plasmon filter controlled the absorption wavelength and the bandwidth.
